PAYMENT
hoodooNATION accepts credit cards or money orders for payment on orders placed through our online store. If you select select money order as your payment method, shipping costs will show on the final invoice screen and you must send your payment for this full amount. Please include your order number so we can reference your order upon receipt of the money order. Payment must be received in 14 days from order date or the order will be cancelled. Currently we are not accepting orders placed by phone or fax.

Credit Card - We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

• Upon checkout, your card will be authorized for the full amount of your order.
• Your credit card statement will show the name "HOODOO, LLC" for the items you purchased.

Money Order

• You can obtain a money order in the U.S. at the post office and at most banks.
• International money orders must be in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• Payment must be received before your order is shipped. Please send the money order to the above address.
• If no money order has been received 14 days after the original order was placed, it will be automatically cancelled

SALES TAX
Currently only Colorado residents are charged for sales tax. You will be charged the amount of tax applicable to the town/city/county that the order is shipped to.

PROMO CODES/COUPONS
You may have received a promotion (promo) code or coupon code by email, on a web site or at an event. They are used for promotional offers such as price or shipping discounts. If you do not have a promo/coupon code, please leave this field blank and proceed with the checkout.

SHIPPING
All orders will ship out within 1-2 business days after the date the order was placed. Details regarding shipping rates can be found on our Shipping Info page. Domestic orders will ship via the United States Postal Sevice via Priority Mail or Express mail delivery. Currently you may only place orders through our online store that will ship within the United States. If you wish to place an order that will ship outside the United States, please contact us directly to place the order. All international shipping and handling costs, as well as delivery times will be quoted when you contact hoodooNATION at sales@hoodoonation.com to place your international order.

• Priority mail is delivered in 2-3 business days.
• Express mail is delivered the next business day after the order was placed.
• During the holidays, delivery times may increase due to United States Postal Service backups.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns: Merchandise items may only be returned if they are unworn, unwashed, and unused. Items must be returned within 7 days from when you originally received your order with a copy of your receipt and order number. You will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Exchanges: If you receive an item and wish to exchange it for a different size or another item, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to hoodooNATION. Please contact hoodooNATION at sales@hoodoonation.com to obtain an exchange authorization.

Holiday Return/Exchange Policy: During the holiday season, you will have 14 days to return unworn, unwashed, and unused items.
If you received the wrong item you can send it back to us and we will replace it with the correct one. You will not be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
