How can I pay for my order?
Credit Card - We accept Mastercard, Visa, American
Express, and Discover.
- Upon checkout, your card will be authorized
for the full amount of your order.
- Your credit card
statement will show the name "HOODOO,
LLC" for the items you purchased.
Money Order
- You can obtain a money order in the U.S.
at the post office and at most banks.
- International
money orders must be in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- Payment must
be received before your order is shipped. Please send
the money order to the above address.
- If no money order
has been received 14 days after the original order was
placed, it will be automatically cancelled
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Currently only Colorado residents are charged for
sales tax. You will be charged the amount of tax applicable
to the town/city/county that the order is shipped to.
What is a "Promo Code" and
where do I get one?
You may have received a promotion (promo) code by email,
on a web site or at an event. They are used for promotional
offers such as price or shipping discounts. If you do
not have a promo code, please
leave this field blank and proceed with the checkout. Can I call in or fax my order?
hoodooNATION is currently not able to take phone or fax orders.
Can I order by mail?
You may send a money order rather than using a credit card
to place an order. All you need to do is choose your items,
check out, then select "check" as your payment method
while checking out. Shipping costs will show on the final
invoice screen and you must send your payment for this
full amount. Please include your order number so we can
reference your order upon receipt of the money order. Payment
must be received in 14 days from order date or the order
will be cancelled.
How do you ship your orders?
Orders within and outside the United States are shipped by the United States
Postal Service. Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days from receipt
by us.

Orders within the United States are subject to shipping and handling costs
shown below. These costs include shipping, packing, and handling.

If you wish to place an order that will ship outside the United States, please
contact us directly to place the order. All international shipping and handling
costs, as well as delivery times will be quoted when you contact hoodooNATION
at sales@hoodoonation.com to

How long will it take to receive my order?
Priority mail is delivered in 2-3 business days.
Express mail is delivered the next business day after the order was placed.
During the holidays, delivery times may increase due to United States Postal
Service backups.
Do you accept orders from places outside of the US?
We accept orders from most countries. Just contact us at

we will get you a shipping quote.
Can I return or exchange
an item?
Returns: Merchandise items may only be returned
if they are unworn, unwashed, and unused. Items must
be returned
within
7 days from when you originally received your order with
a copy of your receipt and order number. You will be responsible
for all shipping costs.
Exchanges: If you receive an item
and wish to exchange it for a different size or another
item, you will be responsible
for the cost of shipping it back to hoodooNATION. Please
contact hoodooNATION at sales@hoodoonation.com to
obtain an exchange authorization.
Holiday Return/Exchange
Policy: During the holiday season,
you will have 14 days to return unworn, unwashed, and
unused items.
If you received the wrong item you can send it back
to us and we will replace it with the correct one.
You will not be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

How long will it take to get credited for my return?
Please allow 2-4 weeks for returns and exchanges to be processed.
What do I do if an item has been damaged during delivery?
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@hoodoonation.com to report damage and obtain an exchange authorization.
Send us the damaged item, including your order number
with name. We will send out a replacement piece as soon
as the damaged item has been received.
What do I do if I am missing an item in my package?
Please contact us and let us know you are missing an item.
Be sure to include your order number and name.
What if an item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock you will not be able to purchase
it through the online store. hoodooNATION is committed
to developing and creating unique limited production runs
of items. If you see items you like that are out of stock,
contact us at sales@hoodoonation.com and
let us know. Possibly the item is in production or a high
demand may bring it back.
